After ensuring we have the right genetics, our partnership with dairy farmers is the next critical step in the Southern Stations Wagyu journey.
The strength of our Wagyu genes means that by crossing with an approved dairy cow via artificial insemination we will produce Wagyu off-spring that will go on to produce premium grade Wagyu beef.
